Matthew Walton is a trusted attorney and advisor who works closely with his clients to navigate the life span of a business. Capitalizing on his wealth of experience as an investor, federal judicial law clerk, working at respected law firms in the DFW metroplex, and serving as in-house general counsel for several businesses ranging from family owned small businesses to those owned by private equity, Matt is able to provide his clients with tailored legal counsel and solutions that enable his client's business endeavors to thrive.
